2023 Biennial Conference Updates
Dear WCA members,
As it is only a few months away from the upcoming conference, we would like to share a few updates to help you better plan your trip to Hawaii.
- For those who have not registered yet, the early registration ends on May 15. Please reach out to me (cheng.zeng@ndsu.edu) if you encounter any problem. Don’t forget to let me know by May 1 if you want to present virtually.
- Opening reception is the night of July 24. And the conference starts mid day July 25. Please plan your trip accordingly.
- As a part of the WCA tradition, we are offering our members the option of a cultural day tour which will take place on July 27th. Below is a brief summary of the possible attractions you will see during the trip. The final program will be provided by the tour operator later. There are only 54 spots available, and the last day to enroll is April 30th. So please act quickly if you want to go on the tour. Log in your account on WCA website, and you will be able to find the payment option after clicking on “conference” on the left column.
